The 2016 Southern Cross Rally Festival will wrap up in spectacular style on board MV “John Cadman 2” during a three-hour Twilight Dinner Cruise on Sydney Harbour from 7:30pm to 10:30pm on Saturday, October 29, 2016.
As night closes in, the foreshore will light up to provide a stunning backdrop for our Awards Presentation Ceremony and the Festival’s Finale celebrations. Viewed from out on the water, Sydney Harbour is beautiful!
Proceedings throughout the evening will be guided by our highly accomplished Master of Ceremonies who is well-versed in all things motoring, and several very special guests have been invited to join our celebrations during the 2016 Southern Cross Rally Festival.
How rewarding would it feel to be presented an award or special tribute by one of your rally heroes!
The Festival organisers extend the invitation for family members of the crews in the TRE along with former Southern Cross Rally competitors, car club members and rally enthusiasts to attend this special occasion.
The “John Cadman 2” charter guarantees exclusive use of the vessel for the Event Finale. This is a ticketed function, with passenger numbers limited to 300 to suit the Dinner seating arrangements.
Tickets will be available for purchase online from the Festival organisers. Unless all tickets available are sold out beforehand, the final day for ticket purchases will be Monday, October 17, 2016.
What’s Included:
Each ticket includes the following:
- 3-hour Sydney Harbour cruise on board MV “John Cadman 2”, departing from No 1 King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour at 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 29, 2016.
- Onboard catering arrangements:
- Welcome drink on arrival and then own purchases from the bar.
- 3-course Dinner (Seated & Served)
(Advise Vegetarian, G/F, etc. dietary needs when purchasing tickets)
At the finish of the cruise the vessel will dock at No 1 King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour, ready for passengers to disembark at 10:30 pm on Saturday, October 29, 2016.
Ticket Pricing:
Tickets for the Awards Presentation and 2016 Southern Cross Rally Festival Finale celebrations will be available for purchase online and are priced as follows:
TRE Participants: $90 per crew member up to close of business on Friday, September 30, 2016, and then $99 per crew member up to cut-off date on Monday, October 17, 2016
Family members of participants or Car Club members: $99 per person
Groups of ten or more: $90 per person
Single ticket purchase: $110 per person
All tickets for the Southern Cross Rally Festival finale must be ordered by Monday, October 17, 2016.
MV John Cadman 2 Information:
John Cadman II is a multi-purpose vessel perfect for private functions and extremely popular for larger groups with two restaurant decks, a cocktail bar and an expansive open sun deck.
The perfect spectator vessel for a variety of sporting, cultural and celebration events on and around Sydney Harbour. The spacious interior boasts modern and sophisticated decor throughout.
